Shipping Policy

Orders from the online store are processed and shipped within 2 to 5 business days. Delivery time may vary depending on the delivery method

Shipping is free within a radius of 50 km from the Triangle Vert workshop, located in Saint-Sauveur (Quebec).

 

Beyond this perimeter, the shipping costs will be calculated and added to your invoice according to the destination address.  We make the deliveries ourselves up to an approximate distance of 100 km from the workshop.

 

If the delivery address is located more than 100 km, we then offer a pick-up directly at Triangle Vert.

 

However, do not hesitate to contact us if you want to get a shipping quote to your location.

Triangle Vert is committed to offering you the lowest shipping cost for your purchase.

​The processing and delivery time for bespoke orders are determined when the said order is taken.

Note that a pick-up at our workshop is allways possible by appointment.

Returns Policy

 

The re-creations are made from used furniture and mostly recycled materials. Each piece is rigorously cleaned, repaired and solidified before receiving a treatment specific to its personality.  However, you must be aware that the traces of time are very often an integral part of the unique and original cachet of such furniture!

Although we take great care in the photographic rendering of the re-creations, it is possible that the article does not correspond to what you expect and that you wish to return it. In this case, contact us at info@trianglevert.ca to obtain an authorization number and return instructions within 10 days of receipt of the item.

 

Please note that unless the item was damaged in transit, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the returned item.

A refund of the full amount of the item will be made upon receipt of the goods back to us.
